Return Policy
Due to the purity and limited production of our products, Apothecary Saints does not accept returns. If a product should arrive damaged, and deemed unusable, we are happy to provide a replacement if the instructions below are followed. Any deviation or omission of information may negate and void the replacement.
- Immediately take a picture of the damaged product and the outer shipping box.
- Email the photos along with a brief description of the damage, including the condition of the shipping box upon arrival, and the location of where it was left by the shipping carrier to customerservice@apothecarysaints.com
If your purchase includes a product in glass packaging and it arrives broken, do not attempt to salvage its contents.
